Terms & Conditions

  1. Only one registration per UTR/Demand Draft would be accepted, if there are multiple registrations against one transfer, it will be considered as Trade Registration and the fees will apply accordingly.

  2. Trade fee slab will be applicable for all the registration categories (i.e.- API, Non API, PG, Accompanying Delegate) if registration is being done by Pharma Company.

  3. Organisers reserve the right to reject a registration if found in violation of registration rules or to reassign them to a category which they may deemed fit

  4. Registration DD/Cheque will be reached to the APICON 2022 Secretariat office within the 10 days of the DD/Cheque issuing date via speed post or registered post/Courier.

  5. Registration slab applicable shall be the prevailing slab on the date of credit of amount in the Conference account. It is requested to send forms and payment promptly well ahead of slab transition period.

  6. FORCE MAJUERE: APICON 2022 CONFERENCE POSTPONEMENT & CANCELLATION: APICON 2022 Organising Committee/API governing body shall not be liable for failure or delay to organise APICON 2022 Conference, which may become practicably impossible because of circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the organising committee/APIgoverning body. Such circumstances include without limitation natural disasters or acts of God; acts of terrorism; labor disputes or stoppages; war; government acts or orders; epidemics, pandemics or outbreak of communicable disease including ongoing COVID-19; quarantines; national or regional emergencies; or any other cause, whether similar in kind to the foregoing or otherwise, beyond the reasonable control of the organising committee/API governing body.

    Postponement of Conference: Conference dates of APICON 2022 if affected by force majeure shall be tolled for the duration of such force majeure, i.e. Not to cancel but reschedule the Conference to revised dates as soon as practicable after the force majeure condition ceases to exist. Any refunds claimed by delegates on account of change of dates of Event shall be subject to cancellation policy published on website and registration form.

    Cancellation of Conference: If the Force Majeure period Lasts for such prolonged times or its residual effects are long lasting thereby making it impractical to conduct the conference,the event shall be cancelled. In case of cancellation of the event, the refundable deposit shall be returned to the delegates with some deduction (If any) made on account of non-recoverable expenses incurred in the preparations including but not limited to reservations, MARCOM(Mktg. & communication) & IT expenses, Office Admin, Taxation & Professional Fee etc, as per the decision of API governing body.

  7. In the scenario the Conference is converted to Virtual/Online format in the year 2022, Part of the existing registration deposit equivalent to registration fee of Virtual Conference shall be auto adjusted towards the virtual conference, while the balance deposit amount shall be refunded to delegates. Complete cancellation and full refund shall not be admissible.

Cancellation / Refund Policy for APICON 2022

  1. 50% refund, if cancelled before 31 July 21

  2. 25% refund, if cancelled before 15 Nov 21

  3. No refund, if cancelled after 16 Nov 21

  4. Payment shall be refunded after 1 month of the conference, refund of payment will not be processed online

Important Guidelines:

  1. Conference Registration is Mandatory for all the delegates including children above the age of 5 yrs, less than 5yrs, registration is free

  2. Photo ID is mandatory for all Delegates for Security Reasons to enter the Conference Area

  3. Please ensure to wear registration badge (Bar/QR Coded) in the conference area

  4. Registration is non transferable

  5. Delegate must bring receipt at the time of registration

  6. PG Students will have to submit a no objection letter from HOD-Head of Department/Institute

  7. Please mention your registration number in all future correspondence with Conference Secretariat

  8. Registration confirmation letter along with the Registration ID will be sent to you within 30 days after receiving your payment

  9.  All Remittance/Bank Charges/online transaction fees to be paid by the delegate. For any card/online payment an additional fee of 3.5 % will be charged.

  10. For spot registrations: Payment will be accepted only by mode of cash/card. The disbursal of delegate kit for the same will be subject to availability

  11. Delegate kit would be handed over only to the registered delegate. Only in exceptional cases, the kit will be handed over to any representative authorized by the Registered Delegate with a copy of signed Authorized Registration receipt

  12. Entry of the Accompanying Person may be restricted to certain areas at the venue of the Event

  13. Organizer will not be responsible for any date change of the conference and any loss or theft of personal belongings

  14. Post conference, no kit or any workshop material will be disbursed to the delegate/associate delegate/PG student

  15. Online registration will be closed on 15th December 2021. Further registration will start at the conference venue as “Spot Registration” category only.

  16. For outstation Cheque please add Rs. 100/-

  17. The above amount is refundable in case of cancellation of the conference. However it will be adjusted against the conference fee on accomplishment of the conference.This is a provisional registration and shall be confirmed on finalization of the conference event not before 3months prior to scheduled conference date. In case of refund of provisional advance money, the same shall be subject to rules and regulation, cancellation policy and deduction of administrative charges.

  18. For any change in registration slab subsequently, same will be updated on the website and shall be effective w.e.f revision date.

  19. All legal disputes shall be subject to Jaipur jurisdiction.
